For 20 - 40 guests: 5-6 menu items: 2 of each per person 7-8 menu items: 2 of each per person
For 40 or more: 6-7 menu items: 2 of each per person 10 menu items: 2 of each per person
Note: The more variety ordered, the more pieces per person will be needed.
